Scrappy Christmas quilt. Elemental pattern from the Make it Easy book from Fabric Cafe, 43 by 61 inches as I added 1/2 inch to the red borders. I changed the direction of the connector blocks to vertical.
Moda layercakes: red and cream from 3 Sisters 'Holly wood' and the leftover French General 'Le Beau Papillon' from a charity quilt. Red dogtooth print was leftover binding, and the cream chevron was from a Moda Scrap Bag. The plain brick red is leftover from one of my first quilts.
Yardage is Art Gallery Fabric: cream thatched, red tiles, red plaid binding, white with tiny grey dot. Backing is Benartex leftover from charity quilts. Quilted in leaves and serpentine stitch so all of the seams are covered, Gutermann beige for the front and Superior Thread cream for the back.
