Mr W's new denim shopper. Tote / shoulder bag made from a deadstock remnant of soft denim, only had enough for 1 bag. The cotton lining is 2nd hand, it arrived with a quilt top made by someone else I purchased & quilted/bound for charity. I interfaced the facings and the top of the pockets, but usually interface the whole outer. I edge stitched the creases.

Beach Baby
This quilt took 6 days of piecing! It's made of 192 half square triangles, I think flying geese or sashing rather than one block would be much quicker. So I wouldn't make this pattern again, but the bunting style triangles suit the beach stripes.
Pattern: One Block 3 Yard Quilts, Fabric Cafe.
Fat quarters: Debbie Shore Mr W purchases from Hobbycraft. Stripes P&P Textiles. Background: cream, binding and border (grey decking) and backing: Benartex. Batting: 80/20 Sew Simple crib size 45 by 60.
